Online applications are invited for filling up of various 595 posts of Block Resource
Persons (BRP) on contractual basis in Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parisad, Haryana direct
recruitment through the website www.recruitment.cdacmohali.in. The online application can be filled
up to 30th October, 2012 till 5:00 P.M. thereafter, website link will be disabled. The candidates are
strongly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of online
application. The printed copy of the online form with necessary certification will be brought at the

time of interview/verification. The details of the posts are as under: -

Academic Qualification:
(i) Master degree in following teaching subjects with 55% marks:
Subject:-Hindi, English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, History,
Geography, Political Science & Public Admin., Psychology, Music, (Vocal, Instrumental
& Music), Home Science, Fine Arts; and
(iii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A. /M.A. with Hindi as one of the subject; and
(iv) Certificate of having qualified State Teacher’s Eligibility Test (STET)/ Haryana
Teacher’s Eligibility Test (HTET)(Except subject Music, Fine Art,Home Science)/National
Eligibility Test (NET) in concerned subject of Post Graduate; and
(v) Conversant in IT skills and effective use of new technologies as tools for learning.
(vi) Essential qualification (EQ) is given with each post.
Essential qualification: Essential qualification (EQ) is given with each post are following:

(i) M.A. Fine Arts with at least 55% marks from recognized university; and
(ii) Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) or its equivalent from a recognized
University with 50% marks.
Age: The age limit for the posts of BRP is 21-40 years. Age is to be calculated in reference to closing
date for submission of application.
Relaxation in Age:
i) In the case of SC/BC candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable as per Haryana Govt. instruction.
For Ex-servicemen candidate’s relaxation up to continuous Military service added by three years is
permissible.
ii) The upper age limit in respect of widow, legally separated woman, divorcee, deserted woman and
unmarried woman will be upto 45 years as per Government instructions.
Reservation of posts:- Reservation will be as per Haryana Government Instructions.
For Disabled ESM/Dependent of Killed/ Disabled in action
Reservation will be as per Haryana Govt. instructions contained in letter No. 945-GS-II 72/6451,
dated the 6th March, 1972. The reservation for ESM will be utilized in the order given below:-
1. Disabled ex-servicemen with disability between 20% to 50%.
2. Up to two dependents of Service personnel killed/disabled beyond 50%
3. Other ex-servicemen.
Note:-1. Disabled ex-servicemen will mean ex-servicemen who, while serving in the Armed Forces
of the Union were disabled in operations against the enemy or in disturbed areas.
Note:-2. The dependents will include besides wife/widow, dependent sons/daughters.
The dependent sons of ESM who fulfill all conditions of qualifications, age etc.
prescribed for posts will be considered on merit for the posts reserved for ESM to the extent of nonavailability
of suitable ESM candidates. The children and the grand-children of Freedom Fighters
(DFF) would be considered to the extent mentioned in Haryana Govt. letter No. 22/20/83-3GSIII,
dated 26.7.1984 as amended from time to time, if the quota reserved for Ex-servicemen, remains
unfilled due to non-availability of suitable Ex-servicemen or their dependents.
ESM/DESM candidates of Haryana claiming benefit will have to produce the fresh
Eligibility Certificate from the concerned Zila Sainik Board at the time of interview.Mere dependent
certificate will not be entertained. ESM candidates should also produce at the time of interview
attested photo copy of Identity Card issued by concerned Zila Sainik Board.NONE OF THE
PERSON BELOW SHALL FALL WITHIN THE DEFINITION OF WORD DEPENDENT OF EXSERVICEMEN
IN TERMS OF HARYANA GOVT. LETTER NO. 12/37/79-GSII, DATED 21-11-
1980:-
i) A person may be working on an adhoc basis against the post advertised or somewhere
else.
ii) A person may be unemployed at the time of making the application but he may have other
source of income viz.from agriculture, trade, property, Bank Balance etc.
iii) A person who is a member of the joint Hindu family and remains dependent upon the
Karta till there is partition in the family or he ceases to be a member of the joint Hindu.
iv) family and is obliged to pass on all his income to the Karta and he draws money for his
subsistence from the pool of the joint Hindu family with the consent of the Karta.
v) A candidate who is a member of the joint Hindu family is employed on adhoc basis but he
is otherwise dependent on his father.
Pay Scale: The incumbent appointed will be paid consolidated remunerations: Rs.23500/-P.M.
will be fixed on the basis of performance.
Application Fee: Application fees (non-refundable) amounting to Rs.500/- + Rs. 20 (Bank
charges) for General category candidates and Rs.250/- + Rs. 20 (Bank charges) for
SC/BC/ESM/PHC candidates of Haryana state will be payable through challan, generated after online
filling of application. Candidates belonging to other reserved categories (SC/BC/ESM/PHC
candidates of Haryana state) must ensure that they have valid caste certificate issued by the
competent authority. In case, at the time of verification of documents, it is found that certificate is
not valid, their candidature will be rejected. Such candidates will not be considered under the
general category as they have not paid fees applicable for candidates of general category. The fee
should be deposited in any branch of Axis Bank under code/account number 911020049615714.

Note:- 1. Weightage for M.phil /Ph.d degree under higher qualifications will be given only for
related subjects/field of respective post.
2. In case of two or more candidates are having same score as per selection criteria, then a candidate
having higher score in HTET/STET will rank higher in order or merit. Further, in case two or more
candidates are having same score and same score in HTET/STET then a candidate having higher
score in Essential Qualification will rank higher in order of merit.
Special Instructions:
1. The prescribed essential qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview.
The Parishad may short list the candidates for interview by holding a written examination or
on the basis of a rationale criterion to be adopted by the Parishad. The decision of the
Parishad in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application,
eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of, and criteria for selection etc. will be final
and binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this
regard.
2. A candidate whether he belongs to general category or reserved categories viz. SC, BC,
ESM/DESM can submit only one application for particular category of post.
3. Professional Training Diploma or Certificate awarded by any State, Board or University other
than Haryana Education Department will be recognized only if this Degree or Diploma or
Certificate has been recognized by the Haryana Government. Degrees/Diploma/Certificate
from institution/University not recognized by Department of Education, Haryana will not
be eligible.
4. Candidates applying for a post must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions on the
last date of application. If on verification at any time before or after the written examination
or interview or appointment, it is found that they do not fulfill any of the eligibility condition
or it is found that the information furnished is false or incorrect their candidature will be
cancelled.
5. Reservation in SC, BC, ESM, Sports Person and PHC is only for Haryana State. The SC/
BC/PHC candidates are required to submit SC/BC/PHC Certificate duly issued by the
competent authority at the time of interview. Likewise the Outstanding Sports Person shall
be required to submit the sport gradation certificate at the time of interview as per
Government instructions duly issued by the competent authority. DESM shall be required to
submit the fresh Eligibility Certificate duly issued by the respective Zila Sainik Board at the
time of interview.
6. 5% relaxation in qualifying marks allowed for SC and PHC candidates.
7. Physically Handicapped Candidates means Physical ly Challenged/Persons with
Disabilities.
