Announcement

The HCS (Ex. Br.) & Other Allied Services Preliminary Examination – 2011
was conducted by the Haryana Public Service Commission on 25.03.2012 at different stations
in Haryana. The candidates were directed vide Sr. No. 9 of the Instructions printed on the
cover page of Question Booklet of each subject that – “Any representation regarding
question and answer, candidate may give in writing to the Centre Supervisor just after the
Exam is over. Later on it will not be entertained.” Besides this it was also announced by the
centre Supervisor in each centre that:-
“If any candidate finds any type of error / mistake in any Question or
any given option / choice in the Answer, he / she is advised to make a
representation to the Commission and hand over to the Centre Supervisor
soon after the Exam is over. 'o representation / complaint in this regard will
be entertained after declaration of the result”.
Representations so received are being segregated. After segregation, all such
representations will be examined and report/comments of the Paper Setters will be sought, if

required and the representations will be decided accordingly. Thereafter the process of
evaluation will be taken up. The aforesaid process will take some time, so the candidates are
advised not to make any query regarding the date of declaration of the result.
