ANNOUNCEMENT

ASSISTANT TREASURY OFFICER, (GROUP-B) EXAM - 2010
It is announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied in
response to Advertisement No. 7 published on 30th July, 2010 in various News Papers, that
the Assistant Treasury Officer, (Group-B) Examination - 2010 will be held on 10th & 11th
December 2011 at Panchkula. Admit - Cards are being sent to the individual candidates. If
any candidate does not receive his/her Admit - Card upto 8th December, 2011, he/she may
contact the Commission’s office personally on 9th December, 2011 during the office hours for
duplicate Admit - Card. It is made clear that admission to this Examination is provisional and
subject to the eligibility and correctness of facts submitted by the candidates in their
application forms.
The Candidates who find any error i.e. wrong entry of Name, Category and Date of
Birth etc. in their Admit - Cards, may also contact the Commission’s office on 9th December,
2011 for necessary rectifications.
Note:- A Physically Handicapped (Partially Blind) candidate, if any, who wants the help
of a scribe for writing his/her paper may apply to the Commission for seeking
permission of having a scribe atleast 10 days before the commencement of the
Examination. No such permission will be granted by the centre Supervisor.
